Since 2003, the Grand Marais Jazz Festival has had the honor of hosting a mix of national and well-known regional jazz musicians. This year, we regret to announce that the Grand Marais Jazz Festival will not be back in 2010. The festival will be on an indefinite hiatus due to financial concerns and the ongoing state of the economy. However, we do hope to bring some form of this fantastic musical event back to the Grand Marais area in future years. Special thanks to the several outstanding performers we had already lined up for this year’s festival, including Paul Wertico Mid East/Mid West Alliance, Tim Seisser and Debbie Duncan, Randy Lee Trio and Axial Age Ensemble.
